"I like to think of myself as one of Sue's most difficult cases but Sue rose to the occasion unflinchingly. I have worked with Sue for about 10 months now (it doesn't seem like it) and it is thanks to her professionalism, hard work and understanding that I have now succeeded in resigning from my full time employment.
