Mentor for senior executives and directors

My work as personal development facilitator began in human resource management over 20 years ago in London. I was Personnel Manager at ActionAid, one of the UK's leading third world development agencies.

I then ran my own training consultancy, Plumtree Associates, specialising in developing and delivering communication skills courses for middle and senior management. In 2000 I shifted my focus to teaching, working as a Lecturer to MA students in Human Resources at the Westminster Business School in London and led my series of workshops entitled "Get On With Your Life" at Richmond Adult Community College in Surrey.

In my current capacity as mentor to CEO's, directors, senior executives and entrepreneurs I meet my clients in Surrey and London for our face-to-face sessions. For clients based further away I offer a phone mentoring service.

The following 8 years saw me at the Institute of Directors in the role of Client Development Executive advising directors and senior executives on their professional development options.

Now, in addition to private and corporate mentoring and coaching, and facilitating personal development workshops, I give a series of 6 talks/mini-workshops entitled "Let's Talk About..."

I am an established author and my second book "Dancing With The Mask" has just been published.
