What sort of issues to do you work with?
Generally, the key issues for my clients are clarity and focus around a range of areas such as
Work/life balance
Personal growth
Improving their relationships
Clarify what really matters to them and how to achieve it.
Create an emotional shift, improved well-being, health and energy.
How do you work?
You have two choices: mentoring face-to-face or on the phone. In addition, if something urgent comes up I also offer a further hour per month in between our formal sessions.
I offer you the space you need to reflect about the issues that concern you.
You will feel fully accepted, heard and understood.
I will ask you questions that you may not have been asked before - questions designed to encourage discovery, insight and self-understanding, questions that create greater clarity and possibility.
How often do we meet?
We meet twice a month.
How long do the sessions last?
They last 1 hour each.
How many sessions will I need?
I recommend a minimum commitment of 6 sessions. That is because it takes time to shed beliefs and habits developed over a life time.
After that it varies: some clients continue to work with me on a monthly retainer basis; others continue month-by-month and others leave after the 6 sessions.
Where do we meet?
I meet my clients in Surrey and London for face-to-face meetings.
